Reykjavík Spa Hilton offers excellent fitness facilities and everything you need for exercise, wellness and relaxation.
Become a Member
Our memberships include access to a personal trainer in the gym to get you started and can create a personalised training programme, provide guidance on how to use the equipment and offer assistance as needed.
Members can also enjoy a wide range of group fitness classes, access to the spa and hot tubs, and a towel with every visit. The spa features two hot tubs, a steam room and a warm relaxation pool. On the outdoor terrace, you will also find a hot tub, a cold plunge, a sauna and a sunbathing area.

Terms and Conditions
Membership requires a 12-month commitment with a two-month notice period for cancellation. Monthly payments are charged in advance for the upcoming month.
Please note that Reykjavík Spa Hilton memberships cannot be put on hold. Membership cancellations must be submitted through the Abler app or via the Abler website. If you have any questions regarding cancellation, please contact us at hilton@reykjavikspa.is.

A massage designed for athletes and those who exercise intensively. Arnica oil is blended with almond oil to support circulation and muscle function. The treatment is tailored to individual needs, with the option to focus on specific areas of the body.

Thai massage is sometimes referred to as “lazy yoga”. The treatment is performed fully clothed in comfortable clothing, such as a T-shirt and exercise trousers, while lying on a mat on the floor. The therapist uses their elbows, feet and body weight to apply pressure to specific points and guide the body through stretches. Traditional Thai massage focuses on ten energy lines and associated pressure points throughout the body. The treatment is intended to release tension, stimulate energy flow and revitalise both body and mind.

Cancellation Policy
Please note that if you need to move or cancel massage treatments you need to do so with 1 day notices, otherwise, up to 100% of the treatment price will be charged. Cancellations should be made through the Noona app or website.
If you are unable to cancel through Noona, please call (+354) 510-5190 or email hilton@reykjavikspa.is. Guests are kindly asked to arrive on time for their scheduled treatments. Late arrival may result in a shorter treatment time.
The minimum age for access to Hilton Reykjavík Spa and massage treatments is 16 years. Guests under the age of 18 must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian before receiving a massage treatment. The guest’s age must be stated when booking if they are under 18.
